Where Are They Now: C-Murder

C-Murder - Life or Death Album Cover
After dropping four albums under the No Limit tank, C-Murder branched off to start his own imprint, Tru Records. He recruited other artists like Magic to join him, fresh off a new deal with Priority Records. Unfortunately, he would only release two albums under that deal before being arrested and found guilty of murder. Despite multiple appeals and even some celebrity help from Master P and Kim Kardashian, C-Murder is still locked up, serving a life sentence. However, he has continued to record music, now going by C Miller for obvious reasons, and has dropped six solo albums since his incarceration.

For more information about his case, check out the docuseries “Reasonable Doubt,” season 2, episode 3, streaming on HBO Max. C-Murder has maintained his innocence, and there’s a strong possibility he knows who is responsible. But, as he says in the docuseries, he’ll never say. It’s an interesting watch.
