As I mentioned earlier, No Limit had dope groups. Well, the best of all of them, arguably, was Kane and Abel. The identical twins released their second No Limit album, “Am I My Brother’s Keeper,” surpassing their first project by leaps and bounds, both commercially and critically. Led by their single “Time After Time” featuring a top 10 Master P verse, the album is 80 minutes of fire.

The feature-heavy project works on multiple levels. From introspective street tales like “Ghetto Day” and “Only God Knows” to posse cuts like “Let’s Go Get Em,” the twins were able to adapt to any environment. Sure, a couple of joints could have been left off. “Gangstafied Forever” doesn’t come close to the magic of its predecessor. However, overall, it’s a fire project that firmly secures the twins’ spot in the top 10.
