Speaking of underrated, insert the Ghetto Commission. The 4 man rap group from New Orleans that consisted of rappers Holloway, Valerio, G-Spade, and singer Dolliole made several guest appearances during their short stay on No Limit; but no one, and I mean no one, knew what they were getting when they dropped “Wise Guys” in November of ‘98. No Limit fans were pleasantly surprised with the 18-track album by the GC. Better bars than you’d expect from the Tank. The group had several good records like “Get em Up,” “Our Thing,” and the Fiend-scene stealing “How Could You Blame Us.” A No Limit fan favorite, Wise Guys was a satisfying one-and-done effort from the Ghetto Commission.
